Late Arrivals



We will try our best to give the full session to any late arrivals, but if there are appointments scheduled directly after, your treatment may be shorten.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of six hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment being billed on the card provided upon making your reservation. Other special offers may have a 24-hour cancellation policy so please be aware.
