Gift Certificates may be of flat value, specific service(s), or special offers and membership roll-overs. Please note that based on the service(s) gifted specific policies or difference in prices may apply.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Flat amount gift certificates can be used towards merchandise, specific service(s) gift certificates cannot.

Gift certificates do not expire in the state of California. However, Promotional offers do. if your gift certificate contains a promotional offer that has expired, the amount paid will always be honored towards the non-promotional/ regular priced service stated on the gift certificate(s) and the difference in price balance may be due prior to receiving your service(s). Gift certificate(s) must be used towards the exact specific offer and cannot be redeemed towards other service(s).
